MHFA – Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is a 1 day training course, where participants learn how to provide initial help and support  to people who are showing signs of a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

Basic Version – In-person is a 1 day training course with the following topics:

• Mood disorders
• Anxiety disorders
• Psychosis
• Substance use disorders

How to sign up! You must register before the event in order to attend

Training cost: $250 per person

Prior to the start date you can come by and pay in person with cash or debit at our office located at 1152 3rd Avenue, Prince George BC.
