MHFA – Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is a 2 day training course, where participants learn how to provide initial help and support  to people who are showing signs of a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

Basic Version – In-person is a 2 day training course with the following topics:

• Mood disorders
• Anxiety disorders
• Psychosis
• Substance use disorders

Training cost: $250 per person
