Research and Program Evaluation

We know that data must drive decisions about our programs and services, our service partnerships, and our client experiences. We also know that the data we collect has to accurately capture our activity with clients, service partnerships, and the voices of clients themselves. As such, our programme of research seeks to understand these needs, and in a timely fashion. Where possible, we draw on local efforts to inform our agenda, and to best contextualize the research approach, development and implementation of quality indicators and measures, client feedback processes, and staff training.

We monitor program and service quality through target activities and annual reporting. Please see our annual reports as a demonstration of the impact we make. As our approach fosters an organizational culture of continuous learning and improvement to client care, we translate our measurement results to policy and practice change, and tailor learning and professional development as required.

Last, we additionally value knowledge translation and exchange, seeking to release our quality improvement efforts to a range of audiences and stakeholders.
